Event Fleck provides travel and tourism-related services, including but not limited to:

Airline Ticket Booking

Visa Consultancy & Documentation Assistance

Study Abroad Consultancy
Travel Insurance (where applicable)
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.
Government taxes, visa fees, airline surcharges, hotel taxes, and other applicable charges are payable by the client unless otherwise stated.
Event Fleck reserves the right to cancel any booking if the required payment is not received within the specified deadline.
Due to fluctuations in fuel prices and transportation costs, Event Fleck reserves the right to revise the total cost of any booked or confirmed trip before the departure date if there is a significant increase in fuel prices or additional transportation charges imposed by airlines, transport operators, hotels, cruise lines, or other service providers.
Any additional charges will be communicated to the client in advance. The client agrees to pay the applicable amount before the commencement of the trip. Where applicable, if transportation costs decrease before departure, Event Fleck may revise the charges accordingly at its sole discretion.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Refunds are subject to the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, embassies, universities, tour operators, and other third-party service providers.
Event Fleck’s service charges, processing fees, consultation fees, and visa documentation charges are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refund processing times depend entirely on the respective supplier and may take several weeks or months.
Event Fleck provides visa consultancy and documentation assistance only.
Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
Event Fleck does not guarantee visa approval.
Event Fleck shall not be responsible for visa refusals, delays, interview outcomes, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the applicant.
Admission decisions, scholarships, tuition fees, and visa approvals are determined solely by the respective educational institutions and immigration authorities.
Event Fleck cannot guarantee admission, scholarships, tuition discounts, or visa approval.
Students are responsible for verifying all deadlines, tuition payments, and document requirements.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that they possess:
A valid passport
Required visas
Vaccination certificates (if applicable)
Travel insurance (where required)
Any other documents required by the destination country
Event Fleck will not be responsible for denied boarding or refusal of entry due to incomplete or invalid travel documents.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. Event Fleck shall not be liable for medical emergencies, accidents, baggage loss, trip interruptions, cancellations, personal injury, or any losses that could otherwise be covered by travel insurance.
Airlines, hotels, universities, embassies, transport companies, and tour operators may change schedules, prices, itineraries, accommodation, routes, or services without prior notice.
Event Fleck shall not be liable for any such changes made by third-party service providers.
Event Fleck shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Floods
Earthquakes
Pandemics
Government restrictions
War
Political unrest
Civil disturbances
Airline strikes
Border closures
Weather conditions
Acts of terrorism
Event Fleck acts solely as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers.
Accordingly, Event Fleck shall not be liable for:
Flight delays or cancellations
Visa refusals
Hotel issues
Transportation delays
Tour operator defaults
Lost baggage
Personal injury
Theft or loss of personal belongings
Financial losses resulting from third-party service failures
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount of service fees directly received by Event Fleck.
Users agree that they will not:
Provide false or misleading information.
Upload fraudulent or forged documents.
Misuse the website.
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Engage in any illegal or fraudulent activity.
All content available on this website, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, images, videos, designs, brochures, trademarks, and branding materials, is the exclusive property of Event Fleck and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
