08:00 AM: Departure for Princess of Hope.
08:30 AM: Arrival at Princess of Hope, short hike & trek to explore the beauty of Princess of Hope.
09:30 AM: Departure for Golden Beach
10:00 AM: Arrival at Golden Beach
Explore the beauty of unexplored Golden Beach
10:30 AM: Breakfast (Omelette, Paratha & Tea).
11:30 AM: Departure from Beach
01:30 PM: Short stopover at Winder (People can do lunch at their own expense)
05:30 PM: Arrival back in Karachi

Important Reminders:
Everyone should have a mask, gloves, and hand sanitiser on hand.
Bring your bag/luggage.
You will be charged if you pollute the environment.
Please do not leave any trash or garbage behind on the trip. At each location, the trip facilitator will collect garbage in trash bags. It is our collective responsibility to maintain a clean environment.
Please obey the orders of the team leader.
Take care not to breach any ethical integrity.
Make sure you travel as a family, keeping all of its members safe and connected while respecting the locals.
Terms & Conditions:
The minimum number of people required to carry out a trip is 10-12; if EVENT FLECK cancels a trip due to insufficient registration, members who have paid will be entitled to a full refund or a transfer to the next trip.
Only a married couple, two females or two males, can share a room with two other people.
Every member is required to keep their original CNIC.
Members should arrive one hour before the departure time.
EVENT FLECK reserves the right to cancel a member's trip if they do not act ethically with their fellow group members.
Personal injuries and accidents are not the responsibility of EVENT FLECK.
EVENT FLECK is not liable for the loss of any valuable item.
There will be no refunds if a member leaves the trip during the event.
There will be no refunds in the event of a natural disaster or any unforeseen circumstance beyond human control, including but not limited to rains, storms, land sliding, accidents, flat tires, engine failure, other vehicle malfunction, and so on.
EVENT FLECK has the right to cancel the booking at any time.
EVENT FLECK reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
Personal weapons and drugs are prohibited.
The camp is provided on a three-person sharing basis.
Rooms are set up for four people to share.
Fort admission tickets are not included in the package.

I'd like to sign up for a trip. What is the procedure for making a reservation?
The Registration Procedure
1. Deposit 50% of the due payment into one of our accounts.
2. Confirm the payment by sending the receipt to the person who made the reservation.
3. Complete the registration form provided by the booking agent.
Where will the Southern trip start from?
The journey begins with a pick-up location near the Millennium Mall in Karachi.
Where can I join the Southern trips from?
You are welcome to join us on our trip from any city in Pakistan. Because the Southern trip begins in Karachi, you can travel to Karachi at any time before the trip departs from there. Please contact us for more information on train/bus/air tickets.
How many people are on a single trip?
Our group size ranges from 12 to 40 people in a single vehicle.
Do you provide train/bus/air tickets to and from Karachi?
Yes! On request, we provide train/bus/air tickets to participants.
What is the policy for travelling with children?
Children under the age of three are free of charge.

What is the refund policy if I decide to cancel my trip?
Refund Policy
If you cancel two days before the event, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel three days before the event, you will receive a 30% refund.
