I'd like to sign up for a trip. What is the procedure for making a reservation?
The Registration Procedure
1. Deposit 50% of the due payment into one of our accounts.
2. Confirm the payment by sending the receipt to the person who made the reservation.
3. Complete the registration form provided by the booking agent.
Where will the Southern trip start from?
The journey begins with a pick-up location near the Millennium Mall in Karachi.
Where can I join the Southern trips from?
You are welcome to join us on our trip from any city in Pakistan. Because the Southern trip begins in Karachi, you can travel to Karachi at any time before the trip departs from there. Please contact us for more information on train/bus/air tickets.
How many people are on a single trip?
Our group size ranges from 12 to 40 people in a single-vehicle.
Do you provide train/bus/air tickets to and from Karachi?
Yes! On request, we provide train/bus/air tickets to participants.
What is the policy for travelling with children?
Children under the age of three are free of charge.
3 to 8 years – 30% of the charges
Above the age of eight years, full charges apply.
What is the refund policy if I decide to cancel my trip?
Refund Policy
If you cancel 2 days before the event, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel 3 days before the event, you will receive a 30% refund.
There will be no refund if you cancel less than 1 day before the event.
